1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location and shipping method).
  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and a tracking number.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
